We strive to establish a CO₂-negative production model. By using aquaponics, we combine fish farming and vegetable cultivation in a closed-loop system that minimizes waste and uses resources efficiently. An important aspect of our sustainability efforts is the renaturation of 5 km² of surrounding land.
Through reforestation and renaturation of these areas, we actively contribute to the storage of carbon dioxide and mitigate the effects of climate change.
The established flowering strips and renaturation measures increase the resilience of our farm against environmental impacts such as sandstorms, drought, and other uncertainties. This allows us to ensure a stable and healthy production base.
