Head Of Fish Farming
Moritz Berkmann is a young biologist who grew up on a leading aquaponics facility in Austria. As an expert in fish farming, Moritz is responsible for managing the fish farm and leading the on-site team. He develops all training materials and ensures that every process is always optimally under control. His extensive expertise and passion make him a key figure in our company.

Deputy Head of Fish Farming
Vivi has been working in aquaponics for four years and supports Moritz as his deputy. She oversees quality control as well as the team’s internal and external communication. With her commitment to high standards and excellent communication skills, she plays a key role in ensuring the efficiency and transparency of our operations.
Maria Nfourshi
Training and Fish Database Manager
Maria Nfourshi brings 15 years of teaching experience, including a strong focus on adult education. She is responsible for building the fish database, organizing training sessions for all employees, and implementing a quality assurance system to drive continuous improvement. Her expertise and teaching skills make her an indispensable member of the team.

Each farmer is responsible for five tanks, monitoring water quality, feeding, and conditions daily.
