is to create a CO₂-negative production environment securing local food supply while contributing to climate protection and resource conservation. Applying circular economy principles, we eliminate waste and utilize resources efficiently, resulting in products that are environmentally friendly, fresh, and exceptionally flavorful.

Economic orientation
shapes CircleFishFarm’s scalable, low-tech system for production expansion. Over three years, we aim to establish 50 units with a capacity of 600 tons of fish fillet annually to meet demand for sustainable food. With €9 million in investments split into 10 steps of €900,000, we’ll produce and operationalize every 5 units sold, repeating the cycle 10 times.
